We want you to love your shoes!
- Returns/Exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Exchange available for size issues or defective items only
- Customer pays return shipping (optional: or you can offer free)
- Refunds are processed after inspection
- Refund time: 5–10 business days
- For COD orders: refund via bank transfer / wallet
